Who we are
NLA Home Automation is a trading name of NLA Performance Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are a Loxone-certified systems integrator based near Retford, Nottinghamshire. Our contact details are available via the contact page.
What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
- Your IP address (for rate-limiting and security purposes only)
We do not use cookies other than those strictly necessary for security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on this website.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing lists, share your data with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose other than responding to your message.
Our legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have chosen to submit to us.
How long we retain your data
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted, unless we enter into a business relationship with you — in which case we retain your details for the duration of that relationship and for up to 7 years afterwards in accordance with UK tax and accounting requirements.

Third-party services
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information to verify you are a human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Our email delivery is handled by Resend. Contact form submissions are transmitted to Resend's servers in order to deliver your message to us. See Resend's privacy policy for details.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
